Sad, very sad. When Nick's father gets taken it brought a whole new meaning to the story. The new rulers are cruel. My opinion a great book. 4 stars!

3 stars. I gave it a 3 because the middle of the book was interesting, but the end was very slow and boring. Also, it was kind of sad.

4 stars. The first part was really slow. It got better in the second and third parts, so I gave it four stars.

5 stars. I really like Elephant Run because it really described the hard-ship of time at war. It really got me interested in World War 2.

4 stars. It has an engaging plot and is very interesting. It switches from detailed to not detailed at all very quickly and often.

5 stars. I really liked this book because of all the scary adventures of Nick and Mya and how they had to fend for themselves. I thought the scariest part was when they were almost caught by the colonel.
