15-year-old Victor Flores journeys north in a desperate attempt to cross the Arizona border into the United States to find work so he can support his family in Mexico.
2 stars. Everything happened very fast, and it was hard to keep track of what was happening and where Victor was going. Also, the whole book is about running, and it isn't very interesting.
5 stars. Crossing the Wire was an amazing book that told about the hardship of Mexicans in Mexico. I really liked the book because I thought how amazing it was how much Victor went through for his family. sel
